“ got more of catencode.com styled ”

it's been a long day, but got more of catencode.com styled so it will resemble a type of newsboard like my ancient BKINC site. i have also added the %Y/%m/%d into the lynx so it will be easier to see when these posts were made. currently guests are allowed to comment on the posts since i am working on the registration portion and may only allow a limited amount of people to post to our newsboards.
