i never had a father figure to teach me any of this stuff, but i did realize that #39 and #40 immediately contradict each other. #39 states that you should dress like you're meeting the love of your life when you go into public, then #40 states don't change yourself to make others happy. well, truth of the matter is i don't believe in changing myself for anyone, including the way i dress to appeal to social standards. if society can't love me the way i am than i no longer love society.
